Custom-designed coil- and double tube sheet heat exchanger to meet heating or cooling needs. This system shipped fully tested and pre-passivated, and ready to install. Easy to operate and maintain, sample/point of use are available instantly. Our heat exchangers are designed with a single-use point that can be configured as a low-point drain during CIP and SIP operations. Its continuous flow-through system ensures constant sterility. Shell side and cabinet drain are included.
The system has a sleek and seamless construction in SS 316L, with surface finishing down to less than 0.3 with electropolishing available. Data sheets are supplied with every design and several software programming options are possible.
